Rifle is numbers matching, it is a VKT 40 with a great barrel. No pitting or rust.
The receiver tang is stamped 1899.
Rifle will come with 90 rounds of 7.62x54r

This is not a Soviet capture, but a gun Finland inherited from the Russian empire.
