This is a Draco-C pistol made by Cugir in Romania that I converted to an SBR with a Form 1. It has a Romanian underfolder stock assembly and the muzzle nut weld was cut to free the threads and replaced with a new muzzle nut. It has a Tapco G2 US made trigger group and comes with the original Romanian trigger group as well.

Price is $1200. For a buyer with a carry permit, I can remove the stock, hand it over as a pistol, and have it delisted from the NFRTR.

We can also efile a Form 4 to transfer it as an SBR, which currently has a $0 tax stamp and ATF site says the current average time is six days for individual efile. I’ll do that with $200 of it up front, nonrefundable upon submitting the Form 4, unless a long time member with lots of positive feedback.
