WTS/WTT: Para Ordnance/Novak Custom P-16

This is a 1990s Para Ordnance P-16 chambered in .40SW that was sent to Novak Custom for a total work over. It doesn't look like much now, but 1911s in that time frame came without a lot of bells and whistles that we now consider "standard". The slide was marked "Novak" as an indicator of their work. It has had an extended beavertail fitted, Novak sites, reliability package, and full length guide rod added.

Fun fact: FBI HRT used Novak Custom, Para P-16s just like this in the same timeframe. I have called Novak and they do not have any record of this pistol, so I can't tell you that this was an FBI HRT pistol. I can tell you that it seems identical to what they were using at the time.

The gun will come with 7 original Para Ordnance manufactured magazines. 4 are the original 16rd capacity. 1 has an extension to get it to 17rd capacity, and 2 have Arredondo Base plates to get them to 18rd capacity. I will also throw in a 50rd box of Speer Gold Dot ammo and a 50rd box of Winchester White Box ammo. The gun also still has its original box and manual.

I'll sell it for $800 or trade for .223/5.56 ammo valued at $400/1000 or whatever you offer that I would rather have.
