Up for sale is my Springfield Armory 1911 TRP Operator in .45 ACP — one of the finest production 1911s on the market, and this one comes loaded with extras.

The TRP Operator is Springfield’s semi-custom Tactical Response Pistol line, originally inspired by the pistol developed for the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team. It shows in the fit, finish, and features. This gun is built on a forged carbon steel slide and frame, custom fitted and finished in black Armory Kote.  The heart of the gun is a 5” stainless steel match-grade bull barrel, which eliminates the need for a barrel bushing and delivers exceptional accuracy potential. 

Sights are fully adjustable tritium night sights, giving you precise shots across a broad range of lighting conditions.  The frame features an integral Picatinny accessory rail machined in front of the trigger guard for lights, lasers, or other accessories.  Safety features include a hand-fitted grip safety with memory bump and extended beavertail, plus an extended ambidextrous thumb safety.  The recoil system uses an 18.5 lb. GI-style spring.
