Never ever do a BOS.
I did one back in the 80's with an older collector. He died. My information was used to create a new ID by the son in law who opened the safe.

When you give up you ID to a stranger, to include possibly your signature. You screw yourself. There is no gaurentee who will end up with it.
I now look at people who insist on obtaining my personal info without warrent or law as sketchy & suspecious

Fed law allows intrastate sales , just because you dont like them doesnt mean that they are illegal.
