This was the "shall sign" bill we have been pushing for NFA CLEO sign offs. Basically forces the CLEO to sign or provide written reason why they won't sign. Senate Courts of Justice Committee killed it yesterday. This would not have happened had we not lost the Senate last month (thanks NOVA...really solid turnout for the "empty seat" moron).
