In the mean time someone made him an offer in post and I stood by for a few days with no response. I sent him a PM asking him to let me know if he had changed his mind. He replied back with:

Maybe he misunderstood me when I told him to let me know if he changed his mind? But when he came back with "Done Deal" I thought it was.
