This member and I had made an agreement to trade my Kel Tec PF9 for his RIA 1911 .38 Super. We had exchanged a few messages and agreed on meeting at a shooting range in Virginia Beach. I messaged asking him "where do you want to meet i have to be somewhere at 3 so it would be best if we can meet before then." He had read my message then did not reply. I waited for another 30-45 mins the sent him another message saying "What time is best for you?" He also read and did not reply to this message. If something came up with him I understand, but that does not validate ignoring my messages.
