Here is a Shady one guys. approach with caution.
This Guy made me a less than asking price offer since he had to drive to meet me, I said yes to the offer and we set up a date, time and meeting spot. The day of the meet he texted me and said he was having car trouble which I totally understand.
A week later I was heading up to his area and offered to meet him and he texted me back and said that would be great, the day we were going to meet is when the silenace began, although he has opened my PM's and Text's he has never responded back.
I don't have a problem it you change your mind or need a couple of weeks to get your funding right JUST LET ME KNOW.
Damn NEWBIE I should have known better.
