Had a deal on price and working on location. On Sat when we were supposed to meet 'something came up' on his side. On Monday when I texted and told him my wife was out of town for 2 dyas so I was VERY flexible he texted back and texted he no longer had the money.

"Sorry I won't be getting it anymore I don't have enough"

I'm generally pretty sympathetic when things come up, but this is happening WAY TOO MUCH NOW. I had other offers.
