UPDATE 5/19/16: The rain is going to get us again. Unfortunately we will have to reschedule once more.


Those who know me know my love for 22 LR, meeting new shooters and trying out new set ups.

In the spirit of all of those things I purpose we have a rim fire meet and greet. Time and location are up for discussion but I think a rim fire event would allow more people to participate.

I'm sure enough people have one or two rim fires that even those without one could just bring ammo and have some fun.

Please respond if interested at all as I am trying to get an idea of interest.


EDIT- dsguns was kind enough to grant us access to his FIL's land in Chesapeake. There is enough space there to shoot out to around 500 yards. As such, center fire rifles and shotguns are welcome as well. I will be bringing several boxes of clays and a couple more boom sticks than I had originally planned.

DATE- 5-21-2016 getting starting at 11:00 AM. We will be having a safety brief before things get started so everyone is on the same page. Please plan to attend that, because if you are unsafe you will be asked to leave.

I am willing to bring two rifles, enough 22 for several people to shoot all day and trash bags/ tarps for clean up.

Can either have it at my house or my father inlaw farm in Chesapeake pending how many people want to come

I also don't mind the use of my aac pilot 2 22lr suppressor for those that have threaded barrels. That's never shot a silencer before

Pending attendance numbers we most likely we be having the event on ballahack road in Chesapeake just so everyone knows the area it will happen. We can shoot long long range for those that like that as well

Address? I can possibly bring a 10/22 and a Walther P22 and ammo. As long as no more appts arise.

4/30 works for me. I'll bring a 10/22, 22/45 lite and 6.5 Grendel since long range is OK.
