I went through John Pierce, Esq. His Website Great guy, super easy to talk to, and quality work. Flat fee of $100 - you pay AFTER he's finished the document and sent it to you for review. Conducted all of our business either via E-mail or over the phone and he had me 100% ready to go in under 48 hours.
