Colt 6520 parts kit built on a Colt M16A4 lower to clone the Colt 723/early M16 carbines used by US SOF in the 1990s. Includes an original, period-correct and functional Aimpoint 2000. I built this rifle to replicate the rifles used in Operation Gothic Serpent in Somalia (the film Black Hawk Down is based on these events). The rifle is currently painted to replicate those rifles but could be easily stripped. Includes original web sling. Chambered for 5.56x45mm
