Up for sale are 1-3 Anderson AR stripped lowers. Gov. Spanberger has modified the background check bills with an emergency measure that will make them go into effect day of signing, instead of on July 1, 2026. This means you'll be paying FFL transfer fees for private sales after April 22 (when the VA legislature is scheduled to go back into session to vote on her amended bills), or whenever she signs the legislation after re-passage. I have one lower without the "Horse" rollmark, and two with the rollmark: Anderson Lowers Looking to complete sale (with singed BoS for my records) by the signing date. I will require a valid VA ID, preference goes to CCW holders. Prices are: (1) for $75 (2) for $140 all (3) for $190 Cash and Venmo are OK at time of sale. Thanks!
