what really stood out here was that I was planning to meet towards him, about 80 miles east of me because I was supposed to be out that way for a family function. When that got cancelled a day before we were scheduled to meet he was more than understanding and mentioned coming out my way for another deal a few days later so we set a time to meet. When the other deal and his initial reason for the trip backed out at the last minute he still made the trek to meet more than halfway and follow through on the deal.
