Bill was great to deal with. This was actually our second deal, we did a deal years ago and our paths crossed again. Bill is a stand-up guy; Communication was great, picked a time and meeting spot that worked for both of us, and was on time (early) for the deal. What more could you ask for. We need more Bills on this website. A+
