Just met with Rob. He's a real cool guy. The transaction went great. When I pulled up he was already there a bit early and ready to do business. I'd have say I felt very good about dealing with him. It was hard for me to let such a great little piece go, but I am certain it has great home. I would definitely do business with Rob again.
