After messaging back and forth for a short time I was able to set up a ftf meeting with Ted and successfully complete a mutually satisfying transaction. He is straight forward, a good communicator, and committed to completing what he says he will do. Where I come from a man is only as good as his word and Teds word is very good. He was good to go and met me on time. He showed up prepared to do what we had talked about before we met and overall a good guy. I highly recommend him to the community and would not hesitate in the least to do another transaction with him again. He is A++
