Folks- ED is a stand up guy with the good guy IDs!! Great communication throughout- excellent dealing FTF and was willing to wait when another FTF was pending... once the other fell through, contacted ED and he was awesome to deal with...after reading his feedback I was not surprised- greatful to have met him and would work with the member again..A+ for sure
