What a gracious guy! I messed up--I showed up to close the deal WITHOUT THE PISTOL! Yep, I managed to put it in the wrong vehicle this morning. He was already at the meeting place before I realized it, so all I could do was show up and apologize, and apologize again. He could have been quite upset, but he took it in stride.
