We never had a date and time set in stone. I explained the situation to him in a very kind and professional manner but that wasn't good enough for him. Instead of keeping it classy, he decides to make up a lie and jump to conclusions because he didn't get what he wanted. Things happen that's out of our control and this unfortunately was one of those situations.
