Lee is a great guy to deal with answered all my questions and the items were exactly as they were described in his post. Lee was able to meet 1/2 way to complete our deal.

Had the distinct pleasure of meeting Lee today for a transaction. Not sure I can add anything that has not already been said about this member but ....He was early, smooth transaction, and definitely one of the best members I have ever done business with. Would not hesitate to deal with again should the opportunity ever present itself.
