EDIT: Has apologized, let me know what happened and tried to make things right. Not sure if I'll try to meet up again but at least he's doing the right thing now. May have jumped the gun a bit with the bad feedback.

Worked around his schedule completely. Gave him all of my contact info (cell, email, etc..) never got the same in return. Agreed to meet up at the time and location of his choosing. Was there 10 minutes early, and stayed a half hour after we were supposed to meet with no sign of him and no contact from him. Deal with this guy with caution if your time is valuable to you.
