Had the pleasure of doing another deal with Tad yesterday. Can't say enough good things about him. Just a genuinely good guy and fun to talk to. A true man of his word. I look forward to having the chance to do many more deals with him. Thanks again Tad and I hope you and the Mrs. enjoy your vacation!
