Good guy nice to deal with

Chip was a pleasure to deal with for a couple of reasons. Primarily, he was just a nice guy to deal with. But secondarily, he was very kind about a big screw up on my end, that resulted in what I imagine was a bit of wasted time on his end, and no real benefit to him. I had accidentally advertised something incorrectly and although I did correct it, he had every right to be frustrated with my mistake, but he was more than understanding. I look forward to the opportunity to deal with him in the future, mostly just to make up for my blunder next time around.
