Mike is great to deal with. Deal did not go through but that was my fault. Deal with him in confidence. I have no reason to believe the deal would not have been smooth if not for my inability to communicate quickly in a time sensitive manner.

Did a mail transaction. I screwed up, TWICE! Mike was certainly much more patient and understanding than I would have been if it were me. In the end we got it all sorted out. He is 100% good to go. Deal with total confidence. One of the good guys.
