Met up with Dave this morning to square away a deal... He was on time... Even before time communication was excellent and just an all-around Pleasant transaction couldn't have went smoother even hung around to shoot the breeze for a bit.... would not hesitate for one second to deal again with Dave..... deal with confidence he's one of the good guys.... Thanks buddy
