Im not exactly sure what should be done about this, but this guy http://www.vaguntrader.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/users/32539 is a dc resident and has a dc license. He tried to buy an ar15 from me then when I asked he said it would be kept at his fiances house in va and that she would sign my bill of sale. I told him that was basically a straw purchase and he stopped contacting me not to long after. If you need proof I can send it to you via pm or email. Thanks for staking care of this.

I may or may not try again later, but for now I am getting offers on a BNIB gun where I would loose several hundreds of dollars, and that is not a great business plan =)
