I met Steve yesterday for a Transaction and I would recommend doing business with him up here. We put our deal together actually kinda fast and communication was awesome. He is Super nice guy and a pleasure to talk with. I feel kinda bad because I included a couple small things in the deal (Listed in my post beforehand) and I forgot to bring them and he was completely understanding and cool about it and I will make sure in the next day or two that we link back up so I can get him what was promised.
