I had a firearm shipped to Chris's store and when it arrived it was not functional. Chris called me and let me know the firearm was defective before I even came by. Long story short the firearm was returned and I purchased one from his shop. I walked away a happy man. He will be getting my buisness from now on. Thanks John Pound
