Worse communicator ever! I sent a message asking when he wanted to do the deal and he never ever got back to me then "claimed" he did. Said he was "man of his word" but left no word. Another member set me a message, offered up more money, and arranged immediately a place for the transaction where as this member severely dropped the ball!!! I would never ever do business with this guy personally but you all can take him for "his word" any day.

Alex is good to go. He is a stand up guy true to his word. He and I negotiated and came to terms and conducted a 100% hassle free transaction. If you have the honor of dealing with him, don't hesitate!
