We had a verbal agreement after texting and calling. I agreed to buy at the listed price and I got the cash from the bank. Chris did not have the box or ammo with him so we agreed to meet a few days later. I specifically asked if that would be a problem because I definitely was ready to buy. Said no problem. When I contacted him a few days later he said he was at work and would get back to me. I responded but he never did again.

I had a verbal agreement to buy 2 firearms from Chris. He backed out on selling me one of the guns about two days before our meet date, and then finally backed out on the whole deal the night before our meet date. All because someone came in after our agreement and offered $50 dollars more. His word doesn't hold much weight with me.
