Tony is the example I wish everyone on the site would follow. While I have had many great transactions, and plenty of folks who were willing to compromise, work with, and generally let patience be the theme of the transaction, Tony was the definition of an awesome transaction experience. Deal with confidence. A man of his word, he says what he means, and means what he says. I look forward to the next opportunity to spend some time talking guns, and any transactions that may arise in the future.
