I called H&S after seeing their ad for a complete 7.5 inch AR pistol on the VAGT. I didn't want a complete pistol I wanted a complete pistol upper. I spoke with a guy named Brian, he quoted me 429.00 for the upper like the one in their ad. I told him I would google their location and see them tomorrow. I decided to go today instead and after driving 175 miles and wasting 2 hours and 40 minutes I still don't have the upper. When I got there another guy said they didn't have one, I told him I had driven there from Richmond and called before I came to make sure they had the upper. He says well you didn't talk to me because I would have told you we didn't have one.
All I can say is don't waste your time and money with this outfit, I wouldn't recommend they to anyone.
Had them make me a 12.7mm (50 Beowulf) barrel, runs like a champ, great deal, good comms, would deal with anytime, Greg & even Brain are great to deal with, soon they will be doing me a 45acp AR barrel
Ordered a 300 BLK upper from Greg and could not be happier. It is exactly what I wanted and is high quality. I am a long ways from the store so Greg shipped it to me. Next time I'm up that way I'm gonna drop in.
Received 2000 LC brass yesterday. Good quality brass. As described, shipped quickly, good communication. Good guyes to deal with. I will buy from again.
I recently bought a stripped lower for a build I was planning from H&S. Communication was great, the price was fair, and the machining of the lower was top notch. If you are looking for a gun, parts, or services....stop by. Hope to do business with them again.
