Met up with this member a few days ago, with a slight apprehension on my part ( he did say "I'll take it!" sight unseen, and I know how wishy washy some members are ). Anyway, he's quite respectful and such a good person to deal with. No nonsense, no BS, just a straightforward transaction. I'm sure both sides came out ahead; I got my asking price, and he got a heck of a deal. I am looking forward to his next "I'll take it!!!"
