I completed a transaction with Jake earlier this evening. We met at the scheduled time and completed the deal in probably less than 5 minutes. He provided excellent photos and his price was so good I didn't even try to haggle with him. I hope to deal with him again in the future. It was a pleasure and thanks again Jake.
