Met with Ken yesterday, after a somewhat protracted transaction. We confirmed the deal this last weekend and he was gracious enough to hold the item and reschedule to a later date that's more convenient for me. He kept his word, didn't sell from under me even tho he'd received offers that would have sold the item sooner. He's quite a busy man, just as I. But more importantly, another respectable member.
