Of all of the fine members I've met on this forum, Ray has to be right at the top. Yes, transaction was smooth, communication was excellent and he was a man of his word...
However, my comment goes beyond all those important aspects. Ray's demeanor both in writing and in person demonstrates a character and politeness that only comes from a good upbringing and respect for others.
