BEWARE! Lots of rosy comments on profile but my experience was different. After dropping price to match buyer’s request, we agreed on a meeting date, time, and place. Then communication stopped. This morning, I found Dave had removed himself from the PM exchange. Thinking he would still meet, I arrived at the scheduled meeting place 15 minutes early and stayed 15 minutes beyond the agreed upon time.

Dave was a no-show. No courtesy call (I’d given him my cell#), no text, no PM, no explanation. Zip, nada.

So beware before you drive 10 miles for a meet that isn’t going to happen . . . . .

Had a successful and silky smooth transaction with Dave this morning. He arrived early at the agreed upon meeting place, kept in contact all along the process, and had cash in hand. Professional and trustworthy; Dave is an asset to VAGT.
