Completed a deal with Joe yesterday. Tho we've sent comms back and forth over the past several months this was actually our first meetup. Weather did not cooperate so pleasantries were short and sweet. Nevertheless, the transaction was short and sweet. No BS. no drama. I knew what I wanted, and he knew his ( firm $$ without negotiations ). He has a few more that I don't need but sure I'll want so this is not our last dealing.

I cannot recommend doing business with Joe! Talked with him yesterday evening and came to an agreement on him purchasing an item from me. We had the time and meeting place all set for 5:15pm today after we both were finished with work. During the course of my work day I was contacted by several buyers. Since I had already struck up a deal with Joe I told the other buyers that I was going to honor the deal with Joe and the item was sold pending funds later this evening. Early this afternoon Joe decided to back out of the deal ultimately leaving me stuck with my item that I could have sold to other parties had I not honor the agreement I made with Joe. That is why I will not do business with Joe and cannot recommend anyone doing business him.
