Met up with Chris and closed the deal. A very nice and respectful person. He's included such phrases as "yes sir, thank you sir" during our comms. Deal was simple and streamlined, no BS, no drama. If he inquires about any of your stuff then rest assured he knows what he wants and you'll get no pussyfooting around from him.
