Quiet is a good, down-to-earth guy and extremely fair!
First words out of his mouth were "let me have you take a look and make sure this is what you expect and are interested in..." Thorough, in that he checked my ID and CCP, which is all good.
I cannot emphasize enough how easy this transaction was. If he is your seller... jump at the opportunity.
