John posted negative feedback claiming I violated an agreement that was never made. We discussed meeting but there was no actual commitment to meet. I honor my word and would not stand anyone up nor back out on a commitment. This was a misunderstanding, at best, on his part. My recommendation is to be very clear in your communication with John as he apparently draws his own conclusions regardless of what the actual communication entailed. Unfortunate situation, but avoidable if he simply read and understood that which was communicated. It was never my intention to waste his time or opportunity for sale.
