Positive transaction today with Mike. I had a busy day in front of me and he was straight to business, just like I like and not expecting a lot of girl talk. He didn't expect me to sign any silly paperwork that isn't required by state law, and neither did I of him. Just a straight up good trade. His trade was as described, so it's hard to get much better than that. If I saw another trade he had listed, I wouldn't hesitate to work another deal with him.
