Met with Lou today and finished a nice transaction we had set up. Had opportunity to shoot the breeze for a bit and found him to be a good man. He was on time and he communicated perfect throughout start to finish and I left there confident that I was better off than when I arrived. That is a good thing. Met up with Lou today, He worked out making things very easy for me..We picked a spot and a time..Made a deal that I think we were both happy with at the end. After talking a litte bit, the small world thing came into play...We knew alot of same people from all over.
