Just completed a transaction with Kevin by mail, a trade to be as specific. In my experience these are always the most challenging, and this one went off without a hitch. He did an excellent job of staying in touch, was very reasonable to work with, and I can not say enough about how easy he was to work with. Great guy, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
