Ben is always the man. Every deal goes smooth and that's not even worth talking about at this point. This time it was the extra hour and a half he waited and drove out of his way to meet me to prevent me from sitting more in some horrendous traffic. He had already drove like 3 hours so this was super generous. Let's put it this way, if you are on good terms with Ben and you agree to a deal, it will happen, and you will be happy, regardless of the struggles you may run in to arranging and meeting at a distance or something.
