Finalized a deal with Chris late at night. He's just so laid back, and based on my people skills ( ha! ), he just projected nothing but niceties. Very easy person to deal with. Although our transaction literally took a week, the finish was quite smooth with no drama and ZERO BS. He is good to go, and deal with 100% confidence.
