Had a lengthy conversation with this member regarding her listing. Although we didn't close the deal, she's straight forward and knows exactly what she wants. No BS, No drama. She just wants a fair trade in the process with both parties coming out evenly ( I've dealt and heard others say "I'll always come out on top!" no such quirks with this new member ). Deal fairly, and deal with confidence. I CERTAINLY WILL AGAIN!
