Although I did not get to achieve a deal with this gentleman I still believe he deserves some good feedback for our attempted transaction. He was extremely easy to work with and more than helpful and convenient. However, I advertised the size of a mount incorrectly and did not realize it until the last moment. Although we hadn't set a meet and left yet, we still had agreed on a deal which I of course should not have, as I did not have the right product. When I called and explained this, he was more than understanding and had no hard feelings about the mistake. Even though he had every right to have considered this a negative experience, he was very nice about it and I am thankful for that. I look forward and hope to do business with this gentleman in the future, if for no other reason than to make up for my mistake this time around...
